My name is Petre Margineanu and I am a 24-year old professional photographer. I come from Romania and I am living in Czech Republic to deepen my professional knowledge and search for other ways to improve my skills.

It all started when...

I started the project "Locuri Uitate" (Forgotten Places). As a photographer, I shoot different commercial work for companies and different occasions. Success resulted in being invited as a guest in a number of TV and radio shows and having a various number of articles and photos describing my work appearing in both print and online media.

There followed two personal exhibitions of photography that had quite a bit of success and thus I have been able to know my audience. The fact that I have been recommended by people who appreciate my work to collaborate with "UNICEF" was a first and important victory for me because I felt like being recognized for my passion, effort and work. Taking pictures for the biggest and most important publishing house in Romania, "Humanitas", and being present at various conferences, where I have met with outstanding personalities of the Romanian in cultural field strengthened my belief that the path I want to follow is journalism.

In 2014 I moved to Denmark. In 2017 I finished Zealand Institute of Business and Technology with specialization in Multimedia, Design & Communication. Later on, in 2019 I graduated from Copenhagen Business Academy with the specialization in Innovation & Entrepreneurship.

Currently, I am living in the beautiful city of Brno, Czech Republic. Looking and searching for new adventures and experiences in order to fulfill my existence.

As a person, I am open-minded, friendly, creative, flexible, responsible, willing to learn new things, independent and I like to work in a team as well as complete any given task by myself.  I love to travel around the world and gain an insight into the country besides what the media is telling the audience.
